Client: Football Co / Goal
Working with the wonderful people at Football Co I created a 3D animation in an illustrative 2D style for Goal.com, for their fan lead vote to find out the best mens football player of 2021.
The animation shows Lionel Messi running through his competition to achieve the number one spot. I used Cinema4D and Mixamo to achieve the movements of our player, and processed our 3D renders in After Effects to achieve the illustrative 2D look.
These animations were then used on Goals social channels on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and I made different aspect ratios for each platform.
